Jewish Community Crisis Management, or JCCM, is a community initiative tasked with strengthening the Victorian Jewish Community's overall resilience through empowering crisis preparation, community connection and strategic coordination.
JCCM is auspiced under Community Security Group (CSG) Victoria, in partnership with Jewish Community Council of Victoria (JCCV).

Community-wide functional planning for crisis and disaster management, individualised organisation level capability building, and practical, scenario-based training for operational and strategic crisis management.
Facilitating connection between community organisations to build social capital and social infrastructure to enhance crisis outcomes at both institutional and community-wide levels.
Organise and facilitate the coming together of community services for optimal efficiency, inclusive provisioning, and enhanced longevity, to enable the best possible outcomes and a practical return to usual way of life.
Increase resilience, self-sufficiency and capability among organisations and individuals, empowering the community as a whole to take impactful action.
To build the capacity within community to withstand, respond and recover from acute and chronic adversity, on an individual and collective level.
